The Account Manager coordinates and directs the day-to-daycampus general maintenance and plant operations and managescommunity support services related to site educational programming,planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment,machinery, buildings, and other facilities personally or throughdelegation to subordinate supervisors. Responsibilities includeinterviewing, hiring, orientating, and training employees;planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performancereviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressingcomplaints and resolving problems.

Directs general maintenance personnel and workers engaged incommunity support, equipment service, installation and repair,facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance. Plans, budgets, and schedules facilities modificationsincluding cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts forconstruction and acquisitions. Helps develop long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capitaloutlay requirements and documentation for buildings andgrounds. Formulates and coordinates program specifications, requirementsfor proposals and contracts, and associated documents. Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental, and energyagencies. Inspects construction and installation progress to ensureconformance to established specifications. Reviews service contracts for compliance with site needs andprovides oversight to validate adherence to specifications andquality of deliverables. Assists in the coordination of building space allocation,layout, and communication services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college oruniversity; or equivalent experience
Experience:
5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience. Electrical and Plumbingexperience required. Computers skills including Office 365 with strong ability inExcel and PowerPoint / Outlook Mail; CMMS (Asset Essentials)Software Experience; MS Project or Milestones SimplicityCertificates. Bilingual Korean/Spanish a plus
Licenses:
