We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence in the woodworking industry.
Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at Leuco, you will be the champion of our vision, goals, and culture within your assigned territory. You will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed annual sales targets in your assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals. Prospect and identify new potential accounts through various channels, including existing lists, social media, and web searches. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as ongoing account management. Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales goals. Conduct weekly and monthly account analysis using SAP and internal reports to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the sales support team and technical support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and account growth. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to assess progress and explore new opportunities. Handle route delivery responsibilities 2-3 days per week, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Industry-Specific Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Leuco’s products, solutions, and market to position yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor. Monitor account and market trends to optimize routes and provide data-driven business recommendations. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding market share.
General Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate Leuco’s value, solutions, and vision to clients. Maintain accurate and complete information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Develop strategic plans for top accounts and execute routine client visits to maintain strong relationships. Coordinate with Technical Support and Product Managers to address customer inquiries and provide solutions. Participate in targeted sales campaigns and travel to customer site visits or trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and experience with SAP or similar reporting tools preferrable. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and to trade shows or customer site visits.
