Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven IT / Solution Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee local and regional sales operations, manage customer relationships, ensure smooth commercial activities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is bilingual in English and Korean.
Responsibilities:
Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns. Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally. Set sales quotas and goals and oversee the performance quarterly. Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics. Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation. Define and execute territory sales plans. Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities. Manage all commercial deliverables, including pricing, sales orders, payments, invoices, and volume projections (monthly/quarterly/yearly). Monitor and adjust for volume changes, providing regular sales and supply chain projections (daily, weekly, and yearly). Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services. Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners. Assist in the development and execution of strategies to meet sales volume and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Support cross-functional teams in resolving issues related to supply chain, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Proven experience in sales management or a similar role in IT related area include IT operation, MSP, Solutions, Low Voltage, Applications, and etc. Strong understanding of sales and supply chain operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Korean. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). #IND100
