Position Overview:
The Account Specialist plays a key role in guiding new customers through the account setup process and ensuring a seamless experience. You will assist clients in opening and funding accounts on various platforms, providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the success of our customer acquisition program.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from potential customers and guide them through the onboarding process. Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to assist customers with setting up accounts on multiple platforms. Help clients fund their accounts by walking them through deposit processes or direct deposit setup. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and communicate updates to the team. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each customer. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on all client needs.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools. Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual meetings.
