What We are Looking For We are looking for an Account Manager based in Atlanta, to join our growing team. This position requires a dynamic individual with a blend of technical, functional, and customer-facing skills to provide Account Management to existing clients. You will work closely with professionals across various logistics and operational roles to implement and support our LoadProof suite of software systems. This person is responsible for engaging with existing clients to provide top-notch support, identify upselling opportunities with large organizations, and serve as a product/industry expert. A successful candidate is someone who is motivated to grow accounts by identifying add-on opportunities and expanding to additional sites. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to understand complex operational challenges and translate them into intuitive, zero-training software solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Account Management (45%) Serve as a trusted advisor to supply chain professionals with roles such as Shipping Managers, Logistics Managers, Quality Managers, Warehouse Managers, Claims Managers, Receiving Managers. Understand their current operation and implement the LoadProof suite of software systems/products for their operation. Partner with clients to understand current processes and the internal utilization of LoadProof. Identify areas of opportunity to improve usage and user experience. Leverage Industrial engineering expertise to facilitate, implement and support LoadProof suite of software products and systems to various warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, quality audit, shipping, receiving use cases. Ensure customers experience early satisfaction rates by regularly communicating, educating, and supporting the onboarding and implementation of the solution. Create customized solutions with the technical team to solve client issues. Account Expansion (45%) Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure clients are utilizing the product effectively and to the fullest extent. Identify opportunities to upsell existing customer accounts to implement organization wide implementation of LoadProof. Capture and communicate LoadProof Value Assessments to quantify savings for existing clients. Identify add-on and enhancement opportunities to boost revenue growth. Influence renewal conversations by identifying add-on services or feature upgrades aligned with customer needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, positioning the company’s solutions as essential to customer growth and success. Product Enhancements (5%) Partner with the technical team to provide feedback regarding product enhancements. Influence add-on capabilities by documenting client needs. Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand business goals and align product offerings accordingly. Team and Company Engagement (5%) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expansion activities and pipeline in CRM tools (HubSpot). Actively engage in company wide project initiatives to improve the overall product, customer experience, and meet company goals. Educational & Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferred Strong upselling skills and motivating to grow existing accounts 1-2 years of proven account management experience Passion to implement and support next generation, modern, highly intuitive, zero-training-needed systems for Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and Manufacturing verticals Experience in Six sigma a plus along with the ability to implement the six sigma principles when implementing the LoadProof suite of software products / systems for customer operations Prior experience in Mobile app design is a plus Prior experience in Web UI UX design for Warehouse operators or Manufacturing workers a plus Thorough understanding of the operational dynamics of a high-volume, high-speed and high-throughput production or a warehouse facility and is able to leverage that understanding to guide systems implementation and support Eye for process optimization in warehouses, distribution, quality audit and manufacturing operations Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak with senior leadership Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way Ability to engage with customers in a calm manner, empathizing with them on their day to day challenges, understanding their complex problems Benefits & Perks PTO (Paid Time Off) 401K with employer matching Monthly Medical Allowance No Cap Commission Commuter allowance Be part of GA Tech’s startup incubator and learn from some of the most successful entrepreneurs around Paid Expenses Centrally located with accessibility to MARTA with many restaurants in walkable distance Job Type Full-Time (40 Hours a week) This role is an in-office position This opportunity is in Atlanta GA, USA.
