Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri This temporary, full-time position is being offered by Phoenix Workforce Solutions for HSI Financial Services, LLC (HSI), a subsidiary of Phoenix Health Care Management Services, Inc.. Offering a full range of revenue cycle management solutions, HSI strives to provide superior service and financial value for its clients.

Position Summary:

To provide customer service support to hospital business offices in all aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while navigating between multiple systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following: (Other duties may be assigned) Work patient accounts through inbound and outbound dialing campaigns. Must maintain good customer service skills while assisting patients with general questions, processing credit card payments, and setting up payment plans. Thorough documentation of each patient contact or account activity in accordance with company and client policy. Work accounts effectively and efficiently while maintaining production and customer service standards. This must be done in accordance with all state and federal laws, HIPAA and other regulations. Must be fluent in English and Spanish • This position will require on-site training up to the first 4 weeks of employment, then will convert to remote work. Additional on-site work will be required•

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Requires professional knowledge of the principles of credit, collections and customer service typically acquired through at least one year of on-the-job experience in a hospital business office or medical accounts receivable environment. High School Diploma required. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully by telephone and in a written form to clearly document account activity. Ability to follow progressive collection steps in accordance with client directions. Requires working knowledge of personal computers and automated dialer systems. Knowledge of all related regulations including but not limited to individual client policies and procedures and HIPAA.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) desirable.
