About This Role The Carrier Energy Account Manager will build and nurture long termrelationships with stakeholders and decision makers within theirassigned Utility clients to deploy and expand Carrier Energy’sintegrated HVAC and energy solutions. In this role the successfulcandidate will be responsible for building relationships, managenew and existing master performance-based agreements and overseethe success of long term field trials that solidify CarrierEnergy’s position as a trusted partner in demand response, VPPorchestration, and sustainable energy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with utilitystakeholders to understand their business needs and align CarrierEnergy’s solutions with their objectives. Collaborate with decision makers and influencers in assignedUtility accounts to maximize and expand utility incentives anddevelop new models and integrating these into Carrier Energy’spilots and solutions. Act as a liaison between utilities, partners, and internalteams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, anddeliverables. Advocate for policies and incentives that support the adoptionof Carrier Energy’s solutions. Develop scalable strategies for engaging utilities and partnersin preparation and during full commercial launches. Explore opportunities for joint microgrid and energy managementinitiatives in assigned Utilities. Support and engage with Carrier channels and partners inassigned Utility territory to maximize adoption of Carrier Energy’sportfolio Responsible for forecasting of revenue and adoption of CarrierEnergy Portfolio while driving account growth

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of experience in strategic account management 3+ years of experience managing strategic initiatives withutilities and large enterprise partners. Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields;advanced degree preferred. Experience in strategic account management, preferably withutilities or in the energy sector. Experience with demand response programs, VPPs, or distributedenergy resources (DER). Familiarity with HVAC and battery technologies or relatedenergy management solutions. Proven experience and ability to develop and executeconsultative sales strategies that drive value growth for Utilitycustomers Related direct sales or accounts/sales management experiencewith Utilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while alsoable to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity Strong negotiation skills: ability to understand contractual,legal language Ability to lead and work in cross-functional environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ideal candidate for this position is an excellentcommunicator who possesses a combination of business acumen,industry experience, technical and interpersonal skills.
