Location:

Atlanta, GA, preferred. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.
The Director, Client Advisor & Strategic Reporting will be responsible for overseeing strategic direction and execution through leading and managing the delivery & reporting of our core financial value messaging directly to clients, brokers and consultants. Through network and clinical insights this team supports our value delivery externally for our self-funded commercial business as well as supporting various BCBS plans. The ideal candidate for this unique role will be able to leverage both analytical and consultative skills. How you will make an impact:
Leads and inspires teams to use and innovate competitive and market leading client reports and client facing deliverables for our various stakeholders
Translates market, client and member insights into market leading value reporting using narrative and visual design
Develops, maintains, and updates content of our network & clinical value reporting packages and strategic clinical reports
Prioritizes complex data analysis and drives end to end process to deliver a holistic value story to our customers by leveraging and influencing teams across the enterprise
Leads interdepartmental teams in collaborating on a greater understanding of the strategic direction of our product portfolio, value Key Performance Indicators and sales narratives to incorporate in proactive client reporting
Motivates, engages, influences, supports, evaluates, and guides team and surrounding teams
Supports and works to strengthen account management client relationships with a proactive and customer first mentality
Hires, trains, coaches, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of management in data and analytics; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

MA/MS, preferred
15+ years’ experience in data and analytics, preferred
Actuarial and/or consulting experience, preferred
Passion to drive growth by relentless effort in demonstrating our financial value to our clients
