Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Account Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position designed for someone eager to build a career in logistics and account management. Initially, this role will support the office with administrative tasks — such as answering phones and assisting with invoicing — while learning the business and preparing to take ownership of assigned client accounts.

Responsibilities:

Support Senior Account Executive and General Manager with client communications and project coordination Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general office tasks Learn our fulfillment and kitting operations to provide effective client support Manage day-to-day execution of existing and new ecommerce accounts Ensure client orders are processed accurately and on time Collaborate with warehouse operations to oversee client inventory, order fulfillment, and special projects Monitor account health and proactively address client needs Handle invoicing and billing activities in QuickBooks (training provided) Enter, track, and report on orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Prepare and update account reports and spreadsheets in Excel Support process improvements and drive strong client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of professional experience (customer service, logistics, operations, or office admin experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); general tech savviness required Experience with QuickBooks or similar invoicing software preferred (but not required) Willingness to learn warehouse systems and operational processes Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Must work on-site at our Atlanta headquarters
