GENERALFUNCTION

.Serve as relationship manager and fiduciary advisor for clientswith more than $1,000,000 in investable assets and support a bookof accounts having an asset base of at least$200,000,000•. .On behalf of Fifth Third Bank as Trustee, Agent or Custodian,understand and administer complex fiduciary accounts in accordancewith the terms of their governing documents. A typical client mayhave several of the following: multigenerational trusts, multipleresidences, complex gifting requirements, challenging familydynamics, litigation concerns, interaction with multipleco-trustees as well as family and professional advisors,closely-held business interests, multi-layered stock options,significant retirement assets, charitable trusts or a privatefoundation. . In the Fifth Third Private Bank service model, it is typicallythe Trust Officer, who is the client”s Relationship Manager. Thus,the Senior Trust Officer is responsible for coordinating services,building relationships with clients and their children, andfunctioning as the clients” trusted advisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

.Client Service Serve as the clients” Relationship Manager and trusted advisor bydeveloping a close, personal relationship with the clients andtheir families, anticipating clients” wealth planning and PrivateBank service needs and coordinating internal and external advisorsto meet those needs. Coordinate fiduciary and administrative services for approximately100 client relationships Administer multigenerational trusts, often with discretionaryincome and principal payments distributed among multiple familymembers while managing financial risk Execute the terms of any estate plan or documents in which FifthThird Private Bank serves as Trustee, Executor, PersonalRepresentative, Guardian or Agent for Fiduciary, often exercisingbroad discretion for beneficiaries with competinginterests Actively participate with the Private Bank client service team todevelop, interpret, communicate and facilitate complex estateplanning matters as part of the advice-based solutions presented tothe clients Retain client base by working with the client service team todeliver the highest service and client contactstandards As the primary fiduciary contact, resolve clientissues Challenge and collaborate with client to articulate and achievegoals Collaborate with the client”s advisors, including attorneys andaccountants, to develop and implement a comprehensive wealthplan .Account Administration Complete annual administrative account reviews Ensure all internal compliance and proper documentationrequirements are met, consistent with internal fiduciary policiesand procedures regarding new business and asset acceptances,discretionary actions, and all other bank policies, procedures andguidelines Work closely with Trust Tax Accountants to ensure proper taxreporting .Sales Achieve annual sales between $250,000

  • Prospect for clients by sourcing and building a pipeline ofopportunities Solicit and receive referrals from clients, internal businesspartners and Centers of Influence (COIs) Identify opportunities and partner with the WMAs, internal businesspartners and COIs in the sales process to maximize new businessopportunities Actively participate in the Life360 Process to identify and provideappropriate products, services, and cross-sellingopportunities Acquire additional assets (account additions) from existingclients Demonstrate highly developed client contact and relationshipmanagement skills, including the development of targeted businessplans Utilize and ensure prospect/client information is appropriatelyentered, updated, and managed in the CRM trackingsystem .
