ViiV Healthcare is seeking anexperienced, results-driven professional in Specialty Sales for theposition of Territory Account Manager (TAM) on the long-acting HIVInjectable Treatment Sales team. The ability to thrive in afast-paced, complex environment and work with HCPs to adopt a newapproach to HIV treatment will be essential to delivering successin this role. Additionally, the abilities to partnercross-functionally and to remain highly adaptable in a launchcontext will be critical. It is expected that the successfulcandidate will have demonstrated experience in developing strategicbusiness plans with specific, measurable, action-orientedobjectives in accordance with territory and account level goals.
Successful outcomes will include selling to HCPs, servicing theiraccounts, and being aligned to ViiV Healthcare’s mission of leavingno person with HIV behind. This will be achieved through drivingresults against business objectives and working effectively withinan integrated account management framework in the setup anddelivery of a buy and bill treatment model.
This role will provideYOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career,these responsibilities include some of the following: Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service Identify, target, and win new business by influencing workingwith HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators toaccurately understand the clinical, organizational, and financialchallenges and opportunities within target accounts Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertiseto identify high-priority prospects Prepare and execute business plans that are tailored to theunique needs of each customer and that help HCPs scale theirtreatment model to reach more patients Coordinate, engage, and partner with multiple cross-functionalteam members (i.e., Clinical Nurse Educators and FieldReimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experienceto customers Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and close internalcommunication loops to ensure customers experience a cohesive,integrated ViiV Provide exceptional customer service by proactivelyanticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs and requests Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goalsand objectives utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, businessproblem solving, etc. Develop and foster external relationships with key influentialcustomers and thought leaders Compliance, Accountabilities, and Values Based Culture Act in ways consistent with ViiV’s culture, expectations, andvalues Be an agent of change by embracing the ambiguity in a launchenvironment and seeing setbacks as opportunities to learn andgrow Escalate issues and risks when needed; display courage by’speaking up’ Understand and follow key compliance and regulatoryguidelinesWhy you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking forprofessionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BA/BS degree 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience 3 plus years’ specialty experience Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may includeovernight travel, majority of time will be spent in market
Valid Driver’s LicensePreferred Qualifications:
