Job Description

Bilingual Mandarin – Cabinet Account Manager Smartlean Strategies LLC Duluth, GA 30026 Job Description We are a global leading manufacture in Cabinetry and Faucet. This role is responsible for leading projects and sales teams focused on the strategic alignment of the client maintaining, product offering, operational footprint, and supply chain. Focus areas will be large scale product conversions along with agile sales team oversight, with the goal of deploying changes efficiently and effectively around New Product Introductions (NPI), Continuous Improvement (CI), product standardization/changes and major new program implementation all combined to support alignment to the Parent Product offering and required governance. This individual will utilize the tools in coordination of multiple department deliverables including channel partners, technical drawings, change management, configuration and BOM systems, product schedules, product engineering, product development, supply chain and operations to execute project deliverables.

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for Sales and Product Management Team’s execution. Drives accountability for project execution as well as meeting financial commitments. Ensures project execution for plant readiness, facilitating on-time project launches/introductions. Supports direct reports and peer groups as well as other key functional areas of the business (Sourcing, Operations, etc.) to build the necessary teams to execute project goals. Implements effective test plans as required for successful project implementation. Maintains effective project tracking, meeting minutes, action items, and project updates. Utilizes Product analytics to determine necessary product changes including Life Cycle Management and the associated impacts to the business. Manages, grows, and develops direct reports on the Project Management Team. Ability to travel both domestic and international; estimated travel for position is 25-35%. Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion. Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related field required 3+ years relevant experience is strongly preferred Demonstrated account management experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. This includes typing, clicking, and writing. Frequently positions self to maintain information in drawers and shelving. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information. Ability to read documents, emails, and computer screens, as well as see details on printed materials and presentations. Consistently works in an indoor setting. While traveling, the individual in this position needs to occasionally move about on the plant floor when going on plant tours and engage face to face with process and control owners.
