We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Managerto join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will beresponsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients,providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that allinsurance needs are met. You will work closely with our team ofinsurance professionals to develop, implement, and maintaininsurance programs for our clients. This is an exciting opportunityfor a motivated individual who is passionate about providingtop-quality service and is eager to grow their career in theinsurance industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain aportfolio of commercial clients, including policy analysis,renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, andcommercial proposals. Provide exceptional customer service toclients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuringclient satisfaction. Develop and implement insurance programs tomeet the needs of commercial clients. Collaborate with sales teamto identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Review and analyze client’s current insurance coverage and needs,making recommendations for changes or enhancements as needed.
Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, clearlyexplaining coverage details, costs, and benefits. Maintainup-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, andinsurance products, applying this knowledge to client service andsales efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience incommercial lines account management. Proven experience withcustomer service, policy analysis, renewals, certificates,endorsements, property, casualty, commercial, proposals. Strongknowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insuranceconcepts in clear, understandable terms. Strong analytical skills,with the ability to analyze client insurance needs and developeffective insurance solutions. Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
