About the Job As a Project Leader , you will serve as both a strategic account manager and creative project manager. You will lead integrated experiences and campaigns that span across design, video, and strategy—starting with a flagship partnership with Chick-fil-A on their Winning Hearts Every Day Immersion Experience . You’ll be the go-to liaison for internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence across the project lifecycle. After the October 2025 event milestone, you’ll continue leading other innovative projects within the Chick-fil-A ecosystem. Responsibilities & Requirements Key Responsibilities Report to the Director of Project Leadership. Serve as a trusted partner to clients while championing Brand Apart’s creative vision. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion—scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and execution. Own account strategy and develop strong, consultative client relationships. Facilitate communication and cohesion across internal teams including Design, Strategy, Video, Environmental, and Event Logistics. Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, timelines, and objectives. Maintain project organization through Monday.com and hold stakeholders accountable to milestones. Present proposals, ideas, and creative solutions confidently to clients. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Support business development by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. What You Bring 5-7+ years of experience in project management and client services, preferably within a creative or agency setting. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make decisions independently. Experience managing large-scale events or experiences is a plus. Passion for great work and a deep care for clients and team. Attributes of a Successful Candidate Strong creative intuition with a knack for translating ideas into action.
