The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic channel partners, including MSPs, Telcos, SIs, Resellers/VARs, and Distributors, to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for customer relationship management. As a Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business development efforts and ensuring the success of our partnerships
Duties:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with AmZetta’s product focus areas. Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including training, certifications, sales toolkits and any other programs or collateral that a partner will require to effectively market and sell AmZetta’s products. Collaborate with partners to execute product POCs and evaluations; gather feedback to drive product enhancements. Work with Management and Product Control to develop competitive pricing and partner margin structures. Engage with Marketing to develop co-branded content, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives. Assist partners with deal registration, sales pipeline development, and customer meetings. Monitor and report on partner KPIs and overall program performance for management reports. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and recommend strategies for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Control, and Solutions Engineering teams to support partner success, maintain updated website content, create sales collateral, and assist in CRM platform deployment. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging channel development best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or channel development—preferably in networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure. Strong grasp of indirect sales models, including deal registration, margins, and MDF (Market Development Funds). Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portal systems. A solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
