• 90,000 in Year 1 About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing national company in the waste management and logistics sector, is looking to hire 2-3 Inside Sales professionals to join their team.

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM) focused on outbound sales, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across the U.S. If you’re tired of vague sales roles with no clear targets or earning potential—this one’s different. Responsibilities Cold call and prospect using platforms like ZoomInfo, Construct Connect, and PlanHub Build and maintain a pipeline; manage long sales cycles (6+ months typical) Close new business and drive revenue growth nationally Follow a structured onboarding process with hands-on sales training Collaborate in a fast-paced, tight-knit team that values hustle Compensation & Perks $55,000 base salary Guaranteed $2,000/month commission for your first 6 months 10% commission on deal profits Total expected compensation: $85,000
