Account Manager (ACS) 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 4198 Industry Way, Flowery Branch, GA 30542 Position Summary The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts and represent client needs and goals within ACS to ensure quality. The AM will also help build relationships with potential clients to encourage new business opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position: Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the ACS team. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively presents all offerings to existing and potential clients. Works closely with the support center team to maintain a continuous knowledge of products and service status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. Forecast and track key account metrics, i.e., product inventory, trends, call volume, etc. Works closely with the Call Center to ensure the team is properly trained on products. Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned clients regularly to review service needs and usage trends. Conduct Rate Reviews/Billing disputes and credits with accounts upon request. Ensures that client issues are dealt with efficiently. Field account and product-related calls from clients and transferred calls from the support center team for issues and requests that require Strategic Account Manager involvement. Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence, focusing on the future and value creation.
Skills / Knowledge
/ Experience / Education needed to perform the job successfully: B.A., BS, any field or equivalent experience. 2-5 years’ experience in Account/projected management experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Understand what it takes to maintain and develop productive client relationships. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Proven Account Management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
