Are you ready to represent industry-leading products and become the go-to solutions partner for your clients? At Pye-Barker, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Engineer or Territory Manager to lead business growth, drive product sales, and deliver excellent service to clients in Georgia.

What you will be doing:

Present and sell industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, and work with clients to engineer packages and skids tailored to their specifications Build meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for client needs Drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts Conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging “Lunch & Learn” sessions to showcase our products Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment Maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned What you will need: 3-5+ years in B2B industrial sales or outside sales. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) preferred Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is ideal Proven ability to interpret and meet clients’ needs with customized solutions Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skills Join Pye-Barker and drive success in a role that values your skills and supports professional growth.
