Landscape Maintenance Account Manager Brooks Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance McDonough, GA 30252 Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in technical sales, business development, and account management. This role requires effective communication skills to negotiate with vendors and market our maintenance services effectively. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. Job Description – these are subject to change based off company needs- Use this as a guide to help you. Learning Service Autopilot (SA) and all aspects of the software. Provide current statis to assist scheduling of employees and crews daily and weekly based off customer demands and communication. Consistently assessing enhancement jobs and making changes to save company time and materials. Approving time daily and matching payroll time with job time. Training crew leaders on their mistakes as they happen Quality control visits monthly for assigned properties. Assist with morning Launch helping ensure all employees know what crew they are with that day and have all the necessary tools, Equipment, Uniforms, ect. Assist in Managing of equipment and truck inventory and entering new items into SA. Assist in Enhancement designs, proposals, and sales. Support crew leaders in notifying them of improper time clockins/outs, ect. Keep uniform area stocked and organized. Notify SG when we are running low on any item. Manage and assign roles and responsibilities for all shop areas. When Crews work on Saturday, you will be expected to be at the shop to launch. Once the crew/crews are out you will need to be available by phone should crew or crews need instruction. You will not have to stay at the shop for the crews to return at our current location, should the company move you might be required to assist in locking up at the end of the day. We expect you to keep and promote a positive attitude and teamwork by leading and being the example. You will have the full support of upper management and we will do everything we can to help you be as successful as you can. When you win, we win too! Effective communication is key in all management positions, but especially your position. Effective, Both up and down the ladder as well as with our customers. Creating a Win/Win for every opportunity. Company response time- Calls, emails, text, require a response within that business day or at most 8hrs. 24hr time limit for resolving and scheduling any damage to customers property. 2 day time limit to turn around a proposal that doesn’t include a design. 4 day time limit to turn around a proposal with 1 design. 1 week time limit to turn around a proposal with multiple designs. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance or technical sales environment. Strong understanding of technology sales principles and business development strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Familiarity with account management practices and customer relationship building. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar SA software for tracking and reporting purposes. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on operational excellence. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Relevant certifications or training in maintenance management or related fields is preferred.
