What You’ll Be Doing:

Promptly responding to customer requests for rates and carrier availability Capturing critical shipment details to negotiate pricing and maximize profitability Coordinating closely with our Dispatch and Tracking teams to ensure accurate execution Updating customers with delivery progress and proactive communication on delays Handling shipment turndowns and cancellations with proper documentation Proactively soliciting business from assigned accounts through ongoing sales and relationship management Supporting shipment dispatch as needed and assisting in overall logistics execution Jumping in on other duties as needed—every day is different!

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus 1+ years of customer service experience, experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus Strong negotiation, time management, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus Basic understanding of pricing, profit margin, truck capacity, and transit times Strong math and analytical skills
