Planning & Time Management:

Organizes activities and inspections in order to ensure proper completion in a timely manner. Effectively schedules time by assigning priorities to daily/weekly/monthly work activities. Balances importance and urgency by focusing on priorities and by systemic planning and follow through. Documents and files appropriate information in an organized manner for future reference.

Takes the initiative by acting rather than reacting to events. Anticipates possible issues or problems that may develop and actively utilizes the appropriate resources to address potential problems.

Product Knowledge:

Understands in detail the suite of landscape services offered by the company; can assess client needs and present appropriate services for potential work order and maintenance business.

Takes ownership for achieving results and goals. Visits job sites regularly to assess the quality of work. Looks for ways to improve efficiencies, solve problems and overcome barriers for success.

Sales Management:

Pursues sales opportunities and partnerships that are in line Company objectives. Creates sales opportunities and customer budgets to ensure a proactive approach to sales and superior customer service. Be knowledgeable and informed of all company services and be able to prepare estimates, proposals, and negotiate sales. When applicable, provide proposals for opportunities within 48 hours. Meets or exceeds quarterly individual sales goal.

Attends Company Events:

Includes weekly sales/production meetings, monthly companywide meetings, and holiday parties. Comes to every meeting prepared with a positive attitude and any required reports.

Invoicing and Collections:

Sends all invoices on time and collects all monies owed in a timely and professional manner.

Safety:

Adhere to and enforce safety policies and company procedures.
