We are the future of electrolyte production, the future of second-generation lithium batteries, and the future of electric motor vehicles We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to support our sales and client service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of long-term business relationships. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, particularly in customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Must possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Duties Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as a reliable point of contact. Actively listening to clients to address their feedback and requests promptly and effectively. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions. Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contract documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market analysis, and account status for management and client review. Utilize spreadsheets or documents to track client contact information, purchase history, communication logs, and key notes. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support the development of new business leads. Seek regular feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Address client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Support Senior Managers in conducting account reviews and participating in customer visits. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings. Q ualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (e.g. Supply Chain, Operations Management) 3 – 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in Automotive, Battery Industry) Strong communication, customer relationship building, and problem solving skills. Experience in project management software (like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with SAP, MES, and CRM systems is preferred.
