The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology sales and account management, capable of analyzing market trends and negotiating effectively to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts, leveraging technical sales expertise to propose tailored solutions. Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and expand the customer base. Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and other relevant information. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and the client. Requirements Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
