Field Supervisor Hearts of Hearts, LLC Bastrop, LA 71220 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, with expertise in scheduling and time submissions. and This role requires excellent leadership skills to effectively manage teams on-site and maintain clear communication with CNA/caregivers as well as the clients, home visits, and documentation. Responsibilities Supervise staff of 10-30 people Problem solving skills ADL notes intake, review, and report to necessary agencies in a timely manner Verify submitted timesheets (assuring all client’s POC hours are met) Rotate after hours Supervisor coverage Requirements Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the Home Care industry. Strong knowledge staff scheduling. Proficient in maneuvering staff for client coverage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively, (communicating with caregivers, RNs, Office Staff, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results under pressure to clients for adequate care, support and safety.
