The qualified candidate will support instantly recognizable and heritage brands throughout the nation and Gulf South. This position requires a client-focused mentality with purposeful strategic planning. As the main point-of-contact between our clients and Brand Society’s staff, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Key Responsibilities Daily contact and agency representative for retained and project-based clients Build transparent and trusted rapport with established client contacts Brief construction and writing for campaigns and projects Annual budget planning and maintenance with trusted stewardship Brief and budget alignment with creative and digital departments Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with minimal oversight. Lead with client check-ins and status meetings for project status and campaign reporting. Remain knowledgeable about client markets, shifting trends, and rival business actions Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business efforts as needed. Requirements 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting. Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, traditional, etc.) Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Skilled at navigating client expectations while advocating for agency excellence. Familiarity with media planning/buying, digital strategy, and creative development cycles. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with some or all the following trades: CPG, hospitality and healthcare Basic knowledge of creative production (video, print, digital). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
