Account Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Alexandria, LA Our growing firm is looking for an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to oversee all functions of a branch location from the hiring of employees to managing customer relations to implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area. Duties Include:

Providing leadership Ensuring staff completes goals and responsibilities Overseeing daily operations Managing activities to ensure overall profitability Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers Participating in training and development with the team Assisting the team in exceeding weekly and monthly growth goals Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures. Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities. Oversee sales and marketing strategies. Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed. Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Strong analytical skills. Great leadership skills. Sales, customer service and collections experience preferred but not required Preferably fluent in English and Spanish. At least two years of experience in management, finance, sales, customer service or a relevant business role. Valid driver’s license Dependable vehicle with insurance High school diploma
