Summary:

As a Scaffolding and Insulation Salesperson at Vecta Environmental, you will be responsible for driving sales of our scaffolding and insulation services. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the growth and success of Vecta Environmental.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients within the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors. Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events. Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their specific scaffolding and insulation needs. Provide detailed information about Vecta Environmental’s scaffolding and insulation services, highlighting the benefits and features.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address client needs. Clearly communicate the value proposition of Vecta Environmental’s scaffolding and insulation services. Customize solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain a clear and accurate record of negotiations and final agreements.

Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:

Develop in-depth knowledge of Vecta Environmental’s scaffolding and insulation products and services. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and advancements in scaffolding and insulation technologies. Provide technical advice and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with the operations, project management, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide accurate and timely information to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using the company’s CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, particularly within the scaffolding and insulation industry or related sectors. Strong understanding of scaffolding and insulation products, services, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations is a plus.
