Responsibilities Responsible for managing an Insurance book of Personal lines clients and polices Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain account retention. Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Developing insurance quotes and marketing renewals. Rounding accounts Processing endorsements, issuing insurance documentation including RTA’s and binders, and assisting customers with claims.
