Job Description
Landscape Account Manager Wallin Search Group South Dennis, MA 02660 Our client, a successful full-service landscape contractor servicing Cape Cod residential and commercial clients for nearly 30 years is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships. They will be expected to manage a book of business and sell additional work to existing clients. The Account Manager should be driven, detail-oriented and naturally customer service focused.
Areas of responsibility include:
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Communicate effectively and professionally to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about services.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Administration:
Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining client service packages, updating databases, and preparing service contracts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client-related documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members, including landscape designers, technicians, and managers to coordinate service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently. Collaborate to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to address concerns or complaints and ensure that quality standards are met.
Business Development:
Lead sales efforts by providing information about additional services, promotions, and upselling opportunities to clients. Actively promote company offerings to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of client-facing landscape management experience. Proven success in landscape account management and sales. Knowledge and understanding of landscape industry standards and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Proficiency in MS Office and using landscape industry and/or sales CRM software. This is a full-time year-round position with a starting base salary in the $75,000-$90,000 range commensurate with experience plus annual performance bonus eligibility.
