We are currently seeking a dynamicand highly-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join ourteam. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professionalto manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strongrelationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, andproviding exceptional customer service. This role requires a deepunderstanding of commercial property and casualty insurance as wellas experience in endorsements, proposals, renewals, and policyanalysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee a portfolio of commercialinsurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly andefficiently. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships withclients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailoredinsurance solutions. 3. Prepare and present proposals, renewals,and endorsements to clients. 4. Conduct detailed policy analysis,ensuring all policies are accurate, up-to-date, and meet theclient’s needs. 5. Provide exceptional customer service, handlingall inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6.Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure aseamless service experience for clients. 7. Stay updated onindustry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to provideclients with the best possible advice and service.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance,specifically in account management. 2. Proven experience incommercial property and casualty endorsements, proposals, renewals,and policy analysis. 3. Exceptional customer service skills, with astrong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 4.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to effectively present information to clients. 5. Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed policyanalysis and provide tailored insurance solutions. 6. Knowledge ofcurrent industry trends and changes. 7. Ability to work well in ateam, with a strong focus on providing a seamless serviceexperience for clients. 8. High level of professionalism, with theability to handle all client inquiries and issues in a timely andprofessional manner. 9. Proven ability to manage a portfolio ofcommercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met.10.
