Account Specialist-Automotive Position Available In Franklin, Massachusetts

Account Specialist-Automotive Description Judd Wire Inc., a SumitomoElectric Group company, is looking for an Account Specialist to performthe primary functions for assigned Accounts, executing both customer andcompany objectives to achieve annual performance and profitabilitygoals. Job Duties and Responsibilities Execute/liaise all customerrequests for quotations, orders, order updates/changes, logistics,customer complaints, and all other customer-related activities. Processcustomer purchase orders – review and ensure accuracy, resolve alldiscrepancies prior to placement within the system. Acquire requiredinformation regarding claims, log the complaints into the customerdatabase, follow up for status and communicate output/conclusion tocustomer upon completion of the internal RMA review process. Reviewcustomer scorecards and take leadership role to develop action plan whenscorecard ratings fall below acceptable levels. Providecustomer-required inputs into portals. Check portals regularly forcustomer information (quantity manuals, scorecards, customer-specificinformation). Serve as the escalation point for Accounting and DemandManagement issues to ensure timely communication to and from thecustomer. Prepare annual export documents. Distribute/assign appropriateclerical duties for the above mentioned tasks to Sales Administration,ensuring accurate and timely outputs. Develop and maintainstrong/trusting relationships with Buyers and Procurement personnel.

Coordinate activity with cross-functional teams to ensure the Account’sfinancial and technical goals/objectives are met. Support achievement ofsales/profit objectives through the respective Business Unit’saccounts, presentation materials, and other key information pertainingto the assigned account and it’s programs. Perform other similar dutiesas assigned. Qualifications Associates’ Degree or 3-5 years ofpractical experience in a similar sales function in lieu of a degree.

Team oriented and customer focused individual. Possess excellentorganizational skills and work well in a dynamic environment. Strongcomputer skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications. Abilityto produce timely, accurate, and professional correspondence.
