Duties Oversee daily operations of the rental department, ensuring efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, including tracking rentals and returns to maintain optimal stock. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive rental experience. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the rental sector. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Engage in outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand the rental customer base. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Represent the company at public events, showcasing rental offerings through effective public speaking skills. Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette. Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Public speaking skills for presentations at promotional events or community outreach initiatives. Ability to engage in outside sales activities to drive business growth within the rental market.
