Job Location We are looking to hire at our Shirley office ; however our other offices are Rockland, Lancaster, Dedham, Raynham, Walpole, Wrentham and Weymouth if any of these are more convenient we would be happy to place there. Job description The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their insurance programs are effectively serviced and maintained. This role involves handling renewals, policy changes, claims support, and providing proactive risk management guidance. The Account Manager will work closely with Producers, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth policy administration and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the main service contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and resolving coverage or service issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide proactive communication to clients regarding renewals, policy changes, claims support, and coverage recommendations. Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, and cancellation requests efficiently and accurately. Prepare renewal summaries, coverage comparisons, and assist in marketing to carriers when needed. Ensure all client files are accurate, complete, and maintained in the agency management system (e.g., AMS360). Track policy expiration dates and initiate renewal processes well in advance to avoid lapses. Collaborate with Account Executives and Producers to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs. Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, policy documents, billing information, and resolve service issues

Qualifications:

P&C Producer’s license is required Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Experience with a client management system. AMS360 preferred Experience with
