This would be a Mon-Fri traditional office hours in office position and the client traditionally moves quickly through the interview process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in managing accounts in the personal lines insurance space and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the client base. The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned book of business by servicing and processing all new business, renewals, and endorsements. This role also involves advising customers on coverage options, products, and insurance carriers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

Understand Carrier Appetite and Product Offerings Evaluate carrier guidelines and product options to optimize marketing and placement. Generate Accurate Quotes and Applications Produce complete and precise quotes and applications to deliver a timely and positive experience for new business customers. Policy Processing and Issuance Ensure all processing, policy issuance, and servicing are completed in compliance with Agency Procedures and company underwriting guidelines. Customer Inquiry Management Prioritize and address customer inquiries—ranging from urgent requests to routine questions—while delivering excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with Producers Review and analyze incoming applications and supporting documentation with Producers. Communicate with both Customers and Producers if additional documentation is needed to ensure timely completion. Renewal Management Maintain an up-to-date renewal expiration list and process all renewals promptly. Cross-Selling and Upselling Proactively cross-sell additional coverages and upsell limits to existing account holders. Sales and Marketing Support Assist with overall sales and marketing initiatives, including participation in personal lines campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:
