Job Description:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies and internal cross-functional teams. Responsible for client communications, participating in status calls and responding to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. Manage full campaign life cycle after media plans are delivered for your assigned Book of Business including but not limited to: Sending kick-off emails Reviewing creative providing feedback when applicable to ensure BJ’s guidelines are being followed Work internally to generated landing page destinations Requesting custom audiences when applicable Monitoring campaign performance in-flight leading optimization communication to deliver campaigns in-full Develop and presenting status and final campaign performance reports sharing campaign insights Ability to manage a high volume of campaigns displaying strong attention to details ensuring that campaigns are launching on-time and error free. Collaborate to resolve campaign performance issues using best practices and supporting resources, while creating innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Demonstrates the ability to work independently to ensure success of client relationship and campaign management. Displays agility being able to thrive in a changing environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 3-5+ years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail Media or Marketing Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, communication, organization and prioritization skills Experienced generating, analyzing and presenting campaign performance reports Strong time management and project management skills, with proven ability to balance multiple projects at same time Self-sufficient, solution orientated and strong problem-solving skills Experienced in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Faster learner being able to easily adapt within an ever changing work environment This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $84,000.00.
