What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for nurturing existing strategic partnerships, driving adoption of our solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth within our partner ecosystem. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform and services. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of the mechanics of US healthcare and the behavioral health ecosystem. Your Impact Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations (incl. PCPs, Payers, Health Systems, Behavioral Health Providers).
Account Growth & Retention:
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for increased engagement, expansion of services, and deeper integration within existing accounts – ensuring high partner satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work with partners to understand their strategic objectives and develop tailored plans to maximize the value they derive from our solutions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Problem Resolution:
Act as a main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues and escalations, working cross-functionally with our Product, Operations and Clinical teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
Product Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of our behavioral health triage platform, its features, benefits and competitive differentiators to effectively articulate value to partners.
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate socialization of and training on our behavioral health triage platform with partner teams to ensure effective utilization and adoption.
Feedback Loop:
Gather and synthesize partner feedback to inform product development, marketing, and operational improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Clinical teams to align on partner strategies, share insights and achieve collective goals. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking talented professionals who are ready to make an impact: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role within the healthcare/digital health industry. Demonstrated experience working with one or more of the following: PCPs, Payers, Health Systems or Behavioral Health Providers. Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts, driving growth, and achieving retention targets. Strong understanding of the mechanics of US healthcare and the behavioral health ecosystem. Familiarity with the digital health landscape and behavioral health trends. Comfortable/facile with ai-enablement – strong abilities to leverage ai, CRM solutions, Google Workspace/G Suite and other relevant digital tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, a genuine passion for client success, an entrepreneurial mindset and ferocious attention to detail.
