Overview:

Our well-known banking client is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join their creative team! This role is dedicated to covering a leave of absence and will focus heavily on social media execution-primarily on LinkedIn and Meta. You will play a pivotal role in executing digital content and social media strategies across multiple wealth management business lines. This position is responsible for managing editorial calendars, coordinating creative deliverables, and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and performance optimization.

The Basics:

40 hours per week for 5-months duration (Fixed, coverage for LOA)Hybrid, less than 4 days per week onsite in Westwood, MATop 3

Skills Required:

Social Media Execution – Strong hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, including scheduling, publishing, and quality assurance of creative assets using tools like Sprinklr and Hootsuite.

Project & Account Management – Ability to manage campaigns from brief to execution, prioritize postings, and act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors.

Cross-functional Collaboration – Proven team player who works closely with content strategists and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Other Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or account/project management.

Advertising agency background preferred for navigating a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with private wealth or finance is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.

Experience with social media analytics and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including briefing, trafficking creative assets, and final delivery.

Coordinate content development and scheduling across platforms.

Maintain and align editorial calendars across business lines.

Perform quality checks on creative assets (e.g., logos, spacing, copy).Ensure brand consistency and quality assurance of all assets.

Act as liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Support employee advocacy and social selling initiatives.

Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
