In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to ourclients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions,concerns, and requests.

Key responsibilities include:

Immediatelygreeting all customers entering the office in a friendly andhelpful manner Processing customer policy change requests Takingpremium payments from customers Following up with customers toassure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insuranceprotection, and solve or refer problems Fostering strongrelationships with our customers to maintain a high level of clientretention and product loyalty Presenting and explaining insurancepolicy options based on prospective client needs and their personalgoals Providing customers with additional information about newproducts and services
