JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary Responsible for increasingmembership through direct sales and marketing of Molina Medicareproducts to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients withinapproved market areas to achieve stated revenue, profitability, andretention goals, while following ethical sales practices andadhering to established policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Develop sales strategies to procuresufficient number of referrals and other self-generated leads tomeet sales targets through active participation in community eventsand targeted community outreach to group associations, communitycenters, senior centers, senior residences and other potentialmarketing sites.
  • Generate leads from referrals and local-tacticalresearch and prospecting.
  • Work assigned (company generated) leadsin a timely manner.
  • Schedule individual meetings and grouppresentations from assigned/self-generated leads.
  • Achieve/Exceedmonthly sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations with potentialcustomers. Customize sales presentations and develop sales skillsto increase effectiveness in establishing rapport, assessingindividual needs, and communicating product features anddifferences.
  • Enroll eligible individuals in Molina Medicareproducts accurately and thoroughly complete and submit requiredenrollment documentation, consistent with Medicare requirements andenrollment guidelines. Assist the prospect in completion of theenrollment application. Forward completed applications toappropriate administrative contact within 48 hours of sale.
  • Ensure Medicare beneficiaries accurately understand the productchoices available to them, the enrollment process (eligibilityrequirements, Medicare review/approval of their enrollmentapplication, timing of ID card receipt, etc.) and the servicecontacts and process.
  • Track all marketing and sales activities,as well as update and maintain sales prospects daily, weekly andmonthly results in SalesForce.com.
  • Work closely with networkproviders to identify and educate potential members; participate inprovider promotional activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

HTF Pay Range:

$43,140

  • $84,122 / ANNUAL
