About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing logistics provider specializing in cross-border freight solutions between Mexico, Canada the U.S., Our services include Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and custom supply chain solutions. We’re looking to expand our team with an experienced Transportation Sales Representative who thrives in a remote setting and understands the regional nuances of cross-border shipping.
Role Overview:
As our Transportation Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for finding and growing new business focused on cross-border freight, with a mix of LTL and FTL shipments. You’ll build strong customer relationships, close deals, and work closely with our operations team to ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers focused on U.S.-Mexico /Canada cross-border freight
Sell transportation services including LTL and FTL
Identify customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions
Develop long-term client relationships through regular communication and superior service
Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven sales experience in transportation/logistics
Strong knowledge of cross-border shipping, especially U.S.-Mexico/Canada cross border lanes
Demonstrated success selling LTL and FTL services
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

$70,000.00 – $120,000.00 plus commissions
