Account Specialist Location:
Madawaska, ME, 04756 The Account Specialist position is an entry-level position that provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts and providing excellent customer service to our current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage and maintain client accounts Provide exceptional customer service to clients Assist clients with policy changes and updates Process policy renewals and cancellations Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
State of Maine Life & Health Insurance license (preferred) High School Diploma or the equivalency Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office The F.A.
