Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Averill Insurance Agency 19 Memorial Highway, North Yarmouth, ME 04097 Job Summary Averill Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our North Yarmouth office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive and professional attitude. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough account reviews to recommend appropriate insurance products. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. At least 1 year of client-facing insurance experience. Maine Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred, must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
