What you can expect:
As a MedicalSupply Account Manager (MSAM), you will be responsible fordeveloping new business within untapped markets. You will becalling on various organizations within your territory includingComplex Rehab Centers, Spina Bifida Centers, Hospital/HospitalSystems, and Urological Specialists/Centers selling items in ourMedical Supply Division – Catheters, Incontinence, Ostomy, andWound Care Products. Prospect new leads and reach out to educatethem on Numotion’s mobility solutions Develop relationships withthe decision makers of clinical accounts Make productrecommendations to the client that best suite their needs Buildinternal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals(ATPs) within Numotion What you need to succeed: To be successfulas an MSAM with Numotion you’ll need to have the ability to developstrong relationships with new and existing clients through coldcalling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creativetechniques. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able tojuggle several responsibilities at once – time management in thisrole is vital. Additionally, you’ll need to be highlyself-motivated as you’ll work independently and receive minimalsupervision throughout the day. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in arelated field (i.e. Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy,Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, etc.) highly preferred; workexperience can substitute for a college degree Minimum three (3) ormore years within an outside sales role required Background inUrology, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Complex Rehab Technology(CRT), Home Health, Pharmaceutical, or Wound Care fields highlypreferred Understanding of Medicare Documentation preferredExceptional sales experience, including strategic territory ∾count planning experience Enthusiasm/Motivation, a self-starterThe ability to create and give presentations with creativity ∈dependence Willingness to travel in vehicle for 60% of the dayover a large geographic territory Numotion’s compensation packageis world class with a competitive base salary plus a lucrativecommission potential.
