We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSurety Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsiblefor managing a portfolio of surety accounts, ensuring all clientneeds are met and exceeded. This role requires a deep understandingof the surety industry, excellent customer service skills, and akeen eye for detail. You will be the primary point of contact forall surety clients, providing them with expert advice and guidanceon their surety bond needs. This is a full-time permanent positionthat offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities as a Surety Account Managerwill include: 1. Managing a portfolio of surety accounts, ensuringall client needs are met and exceeded. 2. Building and maintainingstrong relationships with clients, providing them with expertadvice and guidance on their surety bond needs. 3. Working closelywith underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for new andrenewal business. 4. Reviewing and analyzing surety policies,identifying areas of risk and providing recommendations forimprovement. 5. Preparing and presenting proposals to clients,explaining the benefits and costs of surety bonds in a clear andconcise manner. 6. Ensuring all client documentation is accurateand up-to-date, including applications, renewals, and endorsements.7. Resolving client queries and complaints in a timely andprofessional manner, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. Aminimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strongfocus on surety bonds, underwriting, account management, clientrelations, and customer service. 2. Proven experience in preparingand presenting proposals, and managing renewals and policyanalysis. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build and maintain strong relationships withclients. 4. A deep understanding of the surety industry, includingthe latest trends and developments. 5. Strong analytical skills,with the ability to identify areas of risk and providerecommendations for improvement. 6. Exceptional customer serviceskills, with the ability to resolve client queries and complaintsin a timely and professional manner. 7. A strong attention todetail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinessimultaneously.
