Description We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with clients, evaluating their needs, and offering tailored loan solutions. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new loan business with both new and existing clients.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate consumer loans and voluntary product solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, proposals, and offers, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants.
• Guide potential borrowers through the loan process, addressing their questions and providing clear explanations of loan products.
• Take proactive steps to resolve customer concerns and collaborate with management to address challenges related to problem loans. Requirements
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and accounting software.
• Familiarity with financial functions such as billing and budgeting processes.
• Experience with campaign planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and consumer loan products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support customer needs effectively.
