The representative will also support the sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Keeping up to date with information related to products, services, schedules, deliveries, shipments, etc… Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and in person. Foster relationships and build rapport with customers to ensure a successful circulation of information. Manage and coordinate trucking and transportation schedules according to customer requirements. Assist with inventory management and problem resolution. Work with production on scheduling, transportation scheduling, projects, and specialty orders. Auditing of all invoices. Administrative duties as required Quickly develop expertise in our services and function as a technical resource for our customers. Local travel to meet customers. Research, find, and develop relationships with new customers. Scheduling and project management as needed.
