Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Account Representative in Prospect Hill, North Carolina. As a Patient Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing patient accounts, resolving inquiries, and maintaining precise records. This role is in the healthcare industry and requires proficiency with various healthcare software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process patient account information
• Maintain precise records of patient accounts
• Resolve patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor patient accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Operate and manage Allscripts and Cerner Technologies
• Efficiently handle Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)
• Proficiently use EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software
• Oversee appeals and claim administration
• Manage clinical trial operations
• Carry out benefit and billing functions. Requirements
• Proficiency in using Allscripts software for patient data management
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies for efficient healthcare IT solutions
• Experience with Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) for interprocess communication
• Skilled in using

EHR SYSTEM

for electronic health records management

• Ability to use Epic Software for streamlined healthcare services
• Experience in handling appeals regarding patient accounts
• Understanding of benefit functions in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in carrying out billing functions effectively
• Knowledge of claim administration to handle patient account related issues
