Lifting Love Media is ready to take a massive leap forward — and we’re looking for a driven, energetic Client Acquisition Manager to lead our sales efforts! In this commission-only role, you’ll be responsible for bringing new clients into the Lifting Love family by selling monthly service packages. You’ll earn immediate signing bonuses and build passive monthly income for every client you close — giving you the unique opportunity to grow your income month after month as we scale into the #1 creative agency in Western North Carolina. Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, engage, and sign new clients for Lifting Love’s social media and creative service packages. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and recurring revenue. Drive outbound outreach through warm calling, networking, direct messaging, and local events. Educate prospective clients on the value of Lifting Love’s services and how we can help grow their brand and community presence. Track leads, follow-ups, and client progress using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Represent Lifting Love at local events, chamber meetings, business expos, and networking functions to generate new leads and referrals.

Compensation:

Commission-Only Structure Signing Bonus:

$250-$500 per client, based on package sold.

Recurring Monthly Commission:

Up to 10% of each client’s monthly payment, paid as long as the client remains active.

Unlimited Earnings Potential:

The more clients you sign and retain, the higher your recurring monthly income grows!

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition roles. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, highly driven, and comfortable working independently. Excellent communication skills — confident on calls, in meetings, and at events. Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and manage pipelines. Passion for marketing, social media, and creative services is a huge plus.
