02.01.2021 Position Summary Duties and responsibilities for an Account Manager at C.A. Short Company develops, maintains, and expands relationships with key accounts. This role represents the entire range of company products and services to targeted accounts while ensuring that assigned customer’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded. The position also collaborates with internal colleagues at C.A. Short Company to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to assigned customers. This position is accountable for achieving assigned strategic objectives. Develops and maintains strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Meets assigned targets for revenue growth, project completion and strategic objectives with assigned accounts Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs and ensure prompt resolution, while coordinating the involvement of internal company resources Provides progress reports to clients and upper management Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization Stays up to date on new technologies, market events/conditions affecting the industry and ultimately grow company’s presence and increase revenue Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
