Job Summary:

The Account Manager at Brock Cabinets will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of business by closing leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 2020 Design software and a proven track record in retail cabinetry sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Close incoming leads effectively, converting prospects into long-term customers. Utilize 2020 Design software to create custom cabinetry layouts and proposals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging industry knowledge and client insights. Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and follow-ups to secure sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to effectively advise clients. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience with 2020 Design software. Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations. Proven retail experience in cabinetry sales, with a strong track record of closing leads and managing client accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and efficiently. Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
